Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between you (the client) and Rosemary Power trading as Power Up Nutrition, in relation to nutrition therapy services provided.
1. Nature of Services
Nutrition therapy consultations are designed to provide personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations to support your health and wellbeing. The services offered do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a healthcare professional.
2. Consultations
  • Initial consultation: [Duration - 60-75 minutes]
  • Follow-up sessions: [Duration - 45-60 minutes]
  • Consultations may be conducted in person or via video call (Zoom, etc.).
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information.
3. Booking & Payment
  • Consultations must be paid in full prior to the session unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payment is accepted via Revolut, bank transfer or cash.
  • Prices are as advertised on the website or as discussed during booking.
  • Packages are non-transferable and valid for six months from the date of purchase.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may be charged in full.
  • You may reschedule a session with appropriate notice, subject to availability.
 
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
  • All information shared during consultations is strictly confidential.
  • Your personal data will be stored securely and in accordance with GDPR.
  • Client records will be retained for seven years after their last consultation in line with professional guidelines.
  • A copy of the full privacy policy is available upon request or via the website.
6. Client Responsibility
  • You are responsible for following the advice and recommendations provided.
  • Please inform your GP or medical consultant of any changes you make to your diet or supplements, especially if you are on medication or have a diagnosed condition.
  • You agree to communicate any changes in your health status during the time we work together.
7. Practitioner Responsibility
Rosemary Power will provide services in accordance with the standards of Nutrition Therapy of Ireland (NTOI) - Any recommendations will be personalised based on your needs and presented clearly with an opportunity for questions.
8. Supplements & Testing
  • You may be recommended nutritional supplements or laboratory tests from third-party providers.
  • These are entirely optional and will be discussed in advance, including any additional costs.
  • Power Up Nutrition does not accept responsibility for delays, costs, or outcomes related to third-party services.
 
9. Limitation of Liability
  • While every effort is made to support your health goals, Power Up Nutrition cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
  • You accept full responsibility for decisions made regarding your health based on advice received.
 
10. Complaints & Feedback
  • If you have any concerns or complaints, please raise them directly with Rosemary Power in writing by email. 
  • Complaints will be addressed promptly and professionally.
 
11. Agreement
By booking a consultation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
