At Power Up Nutrition, we aim to provide a high level of service and support to our clients. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for consultations and services. By booking a session, you agree to the following terms.

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

• If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate a new appointment time.

 

2. Refunds for Consultations

• Refunds will only be issued for prepaid sessions if cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice.

• If part of a package has been used, refunds will be calculated based on the number of sessions used and any applicable discounts.

• No refunds will be issued once a session has taken place.

 

3. Refunds for Packages

• If you’ve purchased a multi-session package and decide not to continue, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions.

• Used sessions will be charged at the standard (non-discounted) rate.

• Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase.

 

4. Refunds for Digital Products or Downloads

• Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., meal plans, guides, or e-books), these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

• If you experience any technical issues accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

 

5. Supplements or Third-Party Products

• Power Up Nutrition does not stock or sell physical products directly.

• If you purchase supplements or tests via a third-party provider, their own returns and refunds policies will apply.
